All families

experience stress and conflicts, but how you deal with them determines your family culture. Your family culture strengthens or weakens your family bonds.

Do your children whine, yell, argue, or complain more than you like—whether your kids are 2, 12, or 20?

Does your family avoid conversations and important topics because they might lead to conflict?

Do you sometimes wish for a more peaceful, calm, and connected family?

I've discovered that a family's culture is often the most important part of creating a family where each child and each adult feels valued, understood, and connected. I call this an "unconditional family culture."

I'm on a mission to help families build (and repair) their connections, through parent coaching, professional training, advising, and speaking.

I want to help lower your family's stress, resolve disagreements, and build more loving connections.

As a mother of four (from teens to young adults) and with thirty years of experience as an attorney, an expert in communication and conflict resolution, and an advisor and coach to families and businesses, I bring a fresh perspective to the ways families connect and support each other.

Rather than focusing on parenting techniques and tips, I focus on the underlying values, communication skills, and mindsets we can choose to cultivate. I have developed a “connection approach” to parenting, including a proven 3-2-1 Resolve Method℠ for resolving more intense conflicts, and I’ve spent my career helping families find their way out of dysfunction and back to each other.

I understand family dynamics and want to share with parents all that I have learned to help you create a lasting simpler family lifestyle. When families shift toward the unconditional zone—and they can—the whole family benefits for a lifetime.
