Parent Coaching

Support for You and/or Your Family

In one-time sessions, or a series of consultations, I can help you and your family lower stress, resolve disagreements, and build more loving connections with one another. Building on my unique framework for establishing an unconditional family culture and a connection approach to parenting, I will customize a plan to help you and your family address:

  • A family environment with too much yelling, arguing, and complaining—whether your kids are 2, 12, or 20.

  • An issue or potential crisis you haven’t been able to talk about—or talk about productively—especially if your family avoids conversations because they might lead to uncomfortable situations or conflict.

  • An effective and tailored approach to resolving conflict and fighting between you and your parenting partner about issues with your kids—it is possible to develop a new and better way to work together.

  • A step-by-step process to resolving conflict with littles, tweens, teens, or young adults—with specific guidance to build trust, communicate effectively, and find solutions.

  • A strategy for you to realize your hopes (and overcome your struggles) to create a closely bonded, strong, and supportive family—especially if you are trying to parent differently than you were raised but need support and a plan you can develop for yourself.

How to Talk to One Another and Resolve Family Conflict

With thirty years of experience as a recognized expert facilitator, I can help resolve not only the daily conflicts but also the tough and often emotional conflicts for parents, kids, and extended families. If you find yourself immersed in conflict with your child and you don’t have a solution, discipline isn’t working, your child’s school is having trouble, arguments, and misunderstandings are the norm, then you may need a third party to help facilitate your interactions between you and your child or family.

During the facilitation process, I offer concrete skills and strategies to support you and your child or family members. I will teach you new techniques to restore harmony and strengthen connections for a closer family. With hands-on guidance and practice, I will show you how to interact with one another that will provide positive and loving connections.

I can help you and your family foster an unconditional culture where family members love and believe in one another no matter what—even when they are going through challenges.

When families shift toward the unconditional zone, the whole family benefits for a lifetime!
